Great video, Rachel. I’m reminded of an Einstein quote (its actually one of two vying to be my fav quote ever)… “Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.” Clearly, Einstein believed that our thoughts carve our own destinies, whether we realize they are or not.
I also like how you mentioned action-oriented self-talk… I did a self-discipline course a while ago and that was HYOOOOGE for me.
