Your List is Your Stimulus Plan

You probably ventured to my blog because you saw I was in a certain company, promoting a hot new affiliate product…or maybe you ran across one of my zany videos. Well, I want to assure you that you made a wise choice. Seeking information and finding direction is the first step to achieving success in your business…

One of the things that I’ve been diligently mastering over the past twoyears has been building a phenomenally close-knit, qualified list of people.

A database. And there is no better time to build your database than NOW.

Whether you are in multi-level marketing, information marketing or a small business owner, you can rest assure that your “net-worth is determined by your network”

Imagine getting paid $1, $2, even $5 per person that is on your list per month. A mentor of mine, Russell Brunson shared with me once that he’ll be paid $2-6 per person on his list each month (Oh, did I mention he has over 700,000 in his data base?) Woooww….

Building your list is like secure your long term security and wealth. You have an opportunity to create sales immediately as you generate leads, and fast paydays for product and company launches.

When I was first introduced to this concept it just blew my mind. But its been around for a whole lot longer than the internet. The great thing that technology has given us is the ability to automate systems and reach thousands or even hundreds of thousands (like Russell) with our products.

Imagine creating a list of people that loved you, trusted you, and wanted to be apart of your brand.

Imagine changing peoples lives by giving them guidance and helping them on their path to success.

The power of your list and database is one of the most undervalued aspects of business today. We focus on sales and not building relationships. We focus on our conversions and not the value we are offering to others.

Building a list has given me great flexibility that I could have only dreamed of about 18 months ago…I now don’t have to chase people to join my opportunity. I create friends first. I now send a series of emails during an amazing value-filled product launch and make 100+ sales in minutes.

This isn’t a boastful attempt at getting you to know how much of a BAMF I am or anything. This is me talking to you to let you know that you can do this exact same things.

It starts with making a change, increasing your knowledge and knowing that you have the potential to drastically improve your current circumstances.

Tactic #1: Be Sure You Have a Lead Capture Page

A lead capture page only has two distinct purposes:

A) Capturing emails
B) Automatically sending a set of
follow-up messages to your leads

You have to entice and give your visitors a reason to opt-in. Maybe a free report, a video series, or a 21-day email course. You have one chance. One shot to capture their information.

You’ll notice I don’t send people to my blog. Why? Because my blog only converts at 5-10% and my Lead Capture page converts at 20%… That’s 2-4x more people to get in front of… DUH!
